Oral Mix is a conveniently formulated oral suspending vehicle used to simplify the preparation of extemporaneous dosage forms. This cherry flavored one-step vehicle brings together the suspending properties of Medisca's Oral Suspend and the flavoring agents of Medisca's Oral Syrup. Oral Mix is prepared with a slightly acidic pH and with a balance of preservatives and buffering agents to help minimize common degradation. When mixed with medicated powders and/or crushed tablets, final compounded products form elegant, flavorful, and physically stable suspensions. Alcohol and dye-free.

Oral Mix is sweetened and cherry flavored. Oral Mix can be combined with other flavoring agents to alter or enhance the flavor profile. Additionally, if an unflavored suspending vehicle is preferred, we would recommend Oral Suspend. Note that Oral Suspend is also unsweetened.
