Ascorbic Acid, USP/EP (Dietary Supplement Grade)

Ascorbic Acid USP/EP ranges from white to slightly yellow in colour, and comes either as crystals or powder in texture. The product is light-sensitive and on exposure to light will gradually darken. In the dry state, Ascorbic Acid is reasonably stable in air but in solution it rapidly oxidizes. Dietary Supplement Grade refers to a nutritional supplement that is manufactured by an FDA-registered dietary supplement manufacturer or manufacturer with other certifications and registrations, based on applicable laws and regulations.
