These serum bottles are ideal for long and short term storage, lyophilization and vaccine / injectable drug containers. By matching the tube neck size (mm) to the corresponding seal and stopper, a crimper can be used to seal the serum bottle accordingly.
Prior to serum bottle assembly, bottles are dry-heat sterilized and stoppers are steam-sterilized. The bottles /stoppers are assembled on an automated line located in a Class 100 suite. The serum bottles are subsequently capped in a Class 100,000 environment. Lot release sterility testing conforms to requirements set forth in USP <71>.
The Patented SealSafe Bottle Closures allow oral syringes to draw the exact amount needed while reducing the risk of spill, evaporation and contamination. They fit snugly into most bottles in their size range allowing original child-resistant (C/R) caps to fit over the closures. SealSafe Closures feature flexible sealing rings for compatibility with a range of bottle sizes. To use, simply insert the tip of an oral syringe into a SealSafe Closure, draw a measured dosage and remove the tip. The closure quickly recloses providing a safe and clean seal.
The unique suppository holder is designed for versatility and convenience. It accommodates up to 60 RocketMolds™ of all sizes or approximately 60 traditional PVC-type shell molds. Non-slip feet ensure stability on smooth surfaces while compounding. For enhanced visibility and precision, choose the optional dimmable LED backlight. The backlight securely attaches with magnets, allowing for easy cleaning. Operating on 100-240V input and 12V DC, it offers 10 dimmable levels and over 30,000 hours of life. For added convenience, the light can plug in from either side, adding flexibility to your workspace.

These tip caps are made for MEDISCA’s PreciseDose Dispenser™, MEDISCA’s first line of branded syringes. The intent of these colored tip caps is to allow for easy product identification. Their self-righting nature allows for proper seal of the syringe. The PreciseDose Dispenser™ is an FDA-registered medical device manufactured in an ISO 13485 facility, therefore the tips caps are manufactured in the same facility.
